This agreement applies to any visitors, users and customers of our site who access the service or purchase our products (Users). We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Users will be given notice of any considerable changes at least 7 days before they are made effective. These changes may be rejected by the User within this 7 day notice period by removing your account with us and terminating your use of our services. You will not be given notice of any minor changes. Continued use of our service following a change in our Terms and Conditions indicates your acceptance of our terms.
USE OF OUR SERVICE
The service we offer to you is for the purchase of treats suitable only for the consumption for dogs. The products we offered should be fed to dogs as part of a balanced diet. If you are unsure if any products are unsuitable for your dog, advise should be sought from your vet. Additionally, by purchasing and feeding our products, you accept that our natural products may splinter or become a choking hazard. By purchasing and feeding our product, you accept that it is your responsibility to supervise your dog while they enjoy their treat. While we market 'The Spotted Dog's Box' towards Dalmatians, we do not accept responsibility for any the formation of urate stones following consumption of our treats.
ELIGIBILITY
Use of our service is prohibited for those under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove users at our discretion. Without agreement to our terms and conditions, and you will not be allowed access to our service.
ORDERING AND ACCOUNTS
When a password is required, we suggest you create a secure password using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. We encourage you to keep your password secret and not to share your account details with others. You have the responsibility of all activity on your account. If you suspect your account has been breach, you must inform The Spotted Dogs. We will not be liable for any losses due to unauthorized use of your account.
The Spotted Dogs gives you the ability to access our services of ordering and purchasing products from our site. You accept that we will continually be maintaining or changing services on this site.
At our sole discretion, your The Spotted Dogs account gives you the ability to order and purchase products on our site, and you will also have access to the services that we could maintain, change or establish from time to time.

RULES OF SERVICE
By using our service, you agree not to engage in the prohibited activities listed below.

We reserve the right to change, stop provision of or create usage limits for the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service, both temporarily and permanently, without reason. In these circumstances, you will continue to be bound by this agreement.
USER CONTENT
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion. You accept that, we do not control the posting of other users and as such, you may be subject to inaccurate user content. You agree that we are not liable for any damages you incur as a result of user content.
By using our services, you agree not to post User Content that:
-Contains incorrect or harmful information.
- Creates a risk of loss or damage to any person or property.
- User content should not contain any harassing, threatening, racist, sexist, defamatory, infringing, harmful, unlawful or invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights.
-Intends to harm or exploit minors by inappropriate content or enquiring for personal details
-Contains any illegal content
- violates third-party rights.
The Spotted Dogs will terminate the rights to your User Content granted under this Agreement without liability for payment of any payments or fees.
By using our Service you agree that The Spotted Dogs take no responsibility and or any liability for User Content that you or any other User or third party posts the Service.
You accept sole responsibility for your all of your User Content and any consequences resulting from posting it.
OUR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
It is prohibited to use The Spotted Dogs content for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Agreement.
With exception to your User Content, all Intellectual Property Rights, logos, patents, trademarks, photographs, videos, text, illustrations and graphics are the exclusive property of The Spotted Dogs.
In the event of submitting comments or ideas about the Service, you accept that your disclosure is voluntary and will not place The Spotted Dogs under any fiduciary or any other obligation. We are free to use any idea and this action will not entitle you to any form of compensation.
PLACING AN ORDER
We cannot guarantee stock of all of the products described on our website. Once an order is placed, we will acknowledge this by means of email. You will then receive an email that the product has been dispatch, confirming our acceptance of your order. Once your dispatch confirmation is sent, a contract relating to the products we have confirmed is formed between us.
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, with the exception to any content submitted by users. There may be occasional pricing errors which we will update and correct without liability.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
By entering into a subscription plan agreement, you acknowledge that you will receive an initial charge then followed by subsequent periodic charges without further authorisation from you, until you choose to cancel your subscription. You accept all responsibility for recurring charges before subscription. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription without reason at our discretion.
After your initial payment, you will automatically incur periodic charges on the date specified on at your initial checkout. We cannot assign charge dates and these dates may change without notice, at the discretion of The Spotted Dogs. If your charge date occurs during the weekend, you will incur the charge on the next working day.
Cancelling your subscription only functions to stop future charges and must be cancelled within 14 days of a billing date to cancel this charge.
Promotional codes/discounts apply only to an initial order, not on the recurring charges unless otherwise noted.
Our subscription plans are completed with set products. The contents of the initial box serves only as a guide to what you can expect in subsequent boxes. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with another product with either similar or greater value. When purchasing a subscription plan, you are agreeing to accept substitutions when applicable.
BILLING, SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days following receival of payment. Upon dispatch, you will receive a dispatch email. You will not be eligible for a refund due to any unforeseen delays.
Changes to address, must be made at made 14 days before the shipment for the next month. We aim for deliveries to take between 3-5 working days from dispatch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer. You will not be eligible for a refund due to any unforeseen delays.
If an item is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, The Spotted Dogs are not liable for reshipment fees.
